The services provided in the ARAD system are presented in two areas of enterprise and project systems, using which organizational and project information are maintained in the system context by maintaining the integrity of information.

Engineering


This system mechanizes all activities related to project engineering documents, including initiate, issue and reviewing of documents and transmittals, and provides instant reports of progress and current status of the project for project managers.

Purchasing


This module is designed for project purchasing management. All procurement affairs are registered and followed up in ARAD by purchasing team members. The related reports are automatically generated.

Expediting


This system is a tool for controlling the contracts of the vendors and monitoring their progress, and at the same time it provides various reports of the status of contracts for project team by connecting to purchasing management, material management and warehosing systems.

Correspondences


This will provide an e-secretariat which provides paperless communication platform among various sections of a project.

Task Management


This system with ARAD calendar is to facilitate management of daily project team activities follow up. It is used to plan daily, weekly and monthly project activities as well.
