ARAD PMIS has an intelligent core in communicating with all its modules. This feature distinguishes ARAD PMIS from any other management information systems. This will provide an e-secretariat which provides paperless communication platform among various sections of a project.

MEETING MANAGEMENT

Meeting management system is designed to record, maintain and keeping track of issues rose in meetings in order to ensure the accomplishment of agreed issues in the meetings.

TASK MANAGEMENT

This system with ARAD calendar is to facilitate management of daily project team activities follow up. It is used to plan daily, weekly and monthly project activities as well.

CONTRACTS MANAGEMENT

The registration and maintenance of contracts, along with their important information, the entry of contract WBS information and monitoring the progress of each activity, record and keep the bills and guarantee of the contract and provide various reports, are some features of this system.

ENGINEERING

This system mechanizes all activities related to project engineering documents, including initiate, issue and reviewing of documents and transmittals, and provides instant reports of progress and current status of the project for project managers.

Purchasing

This module is designed for project purchasing management. All procurement affairs are registered and followed up in ARAD by purchasing team members. The related reports are automatically generated.

Expediting

This system is a tool for controlling the contracts of the vendors and monitoring their progress, and at the same time it provides various reports of the status of contracts for project team by connecting to purchasing management, material management and warehosing systems.

Vendor Documents

This system records and maintains all activities related to vendor documents. issuing and reviewing processes of vendor documents are defined and controls in this system in accordance with their contracts provisions.

Material Management

This system manages all materials required in project based on project material index through the connection to engineering and procurement systems and by the using of this system the ability to track the materials of project since, the start of the project until they are delivered to the vendor or construction site is provided. Also preparing material balance reports and some other useful reports is provided as well.

Warehousing

Warehouse management system in conjuction with project equipment management system registers all the items exporting from and importing into project warehouse instantly. This will provide the opportunity to manage the warehouse items for the project management team at anytime and all the time. Ability of registering packing lists by vendors, managing project and organization sub-warehouses, and preparing related reports are some other features of this system.

Construction

In this system, by receiving WBS up to level of execution activities (Job Phases), the ability to record the estimated execution values, as well as the executed activities is provided, and by presenting work progress reports by region or project contractor, the stages of construction of different project disciplines will be managed.

File Management

In this system all company documents including standards, reports, tender documents and all other issued documents are classified and then the information will be share between internal and external users of system by keeping access policy level and security of them.
